Receipt checks with SEFAZ: once the monthly limit is reached, receipts aren’t lost, they wait for the store to review them manually. To move to a smaller plan, your current usage (customers and locations) must fit the new plan.

Questions everyone asks
Do customers need to download an app?
No. The club opens in the phone’s browser, with your store’s brand. On the Plus and Advanced plans, the card can also be saved to Apple Wallet and Google Wallet.
How do customers join the club?
Through the store’s QR code or link, with their phone number and a code sent on WhatsApp. Staff can also sign customers up at the counter.
Does it work with the point-of-sale system I already use?
Yes, alongside it. Purchases are recorded at the Clubbo counter using the customer’s CPF, phone, code or QR code. On the Plus and Advanced plans, you can integrate with your ERP, POS and online store (Bling, Omie, Nuvemshop, WooCommerce and more) or use the Clubbo API, and sales come in automatically.
How does the free trial work?
You get 7 days on the Plus plan, no credit card. You set up the program, sign up customers and use the counter for real. Nothing is charged automatically: before the trial ends, you choose and pay for a plan in the dashboard. The subscription renews every period until you cancel.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, in the dashboard. To move to a smaller plan, your usage must fit the new plan (customers and locations).
What’s the difference between monthly and yearly?
The yearly plan costs 10 monthly payments: that’s two months free. The features are the same.
Is there a setup fee?
No. You only pay for the plan.
What about the LGPD (Brazil’s data protection law)?
The club only accepts people aged 18 or over, promotions only go to those who opted in, account notifications can be turned off and customers can download and delete their data. For your customers’ data, the store is the controller and Clubbo is the processor, as stated in the terms of use.
How do customers use their receipts?
They scan the NFC-e QR code in the club. The receipt is checked with SEFAZ and, when the CPF on the receipt matches the customer’s, the balance is added automatically. If the scan fails, they send a photo of the receipt and the store reviews it.
Is WhatsApp included?
Yes, on every plan, through Meta’s official API. Each plan has a monthly message limit: 1,000 on Start, 3,000 on Plus and unlimited on Advanced.
